Searching

Carefully designed search programs, feature-rich database, and efficient tools makes us excel in our searches for middle level professionals (e.g. coordinator, and supervisors) and for those with a deeper degree of technical aptitude, i.e., specialists.

The first thing we do is get to know the client and understand its needs. By being familiar with its philosophy, business model, market positioning as well as its working environment, we increase our success not only while lying out a candidate’s profile, but also on the search process as a whole.

In the very beginning of the search, we elicit the searching tools that best meet the client’s needs and compile an agenda that embraces all the stages of the process. Subsequently, we carried out the Process Control, i.e., a weekly report on the search to the client. Lastly, final candidates – as well as their interview and test reports – are handed in to the client. The process is concluded as soon as one of the professionals is accepted by the client.
